DESCRIPTION Located in the sought after village of Shaldon and enjoying panoramic sea views across Lyme Bay. This immaculate and furnished holiday lodge is located within the popular Coast View Holiday Park and offers a superb variety of facilities.

This stunning holiday lodge has 2 double bedrooms with master en-suite shower room, further modern shower room and spacious open plan living accommodation to include a stunning kitchen with concealed, integrated appliances, dining area and lounge. This opens out onto the spacious terrace which overlooks the fabulous Lyme Bay.

A driveway allowing off road parking has a gate which leads onto the enclosed sun terrace and a double glazed door gives access into the lodge. The modern kitchen has integrated appliances including fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also an integrated oven, hob, hood, microwave and wine fridge. This opens into the lounge/diner where there are 3 sets of patio doors leading out to the terrace. A hallway gives access to the 2 double bedrooms, the master bedroom having a modern en-suite shower room with shower, vanity wash basin and WC. There is a further shower room which has a double shower cubicle, vanity wash basin and WC.

Outside is an enclosed sun terrace which wraps around 2 sides of the lodge and has plenty of space for tables, chairs and sun loungers to make the most of the stunning outlook.

Coast View Holiday Park has excellent facilities, including a gym, indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms, bar and restaurant which is open all year round.

The site fees are currently £6,325 + VAT per annum with the site fees paid through 2025. The lodge was built in November 2016.
