THE PROPERTY Located in the seaside town of Teignmouth and situated on the sea front, is the building of Marina Court. With off road parking for each flat and within walking distance of the local town centre. There is quick access to local amenities and the beach is just a stones throw away. Walking further down the hall and there are two further rooms. The family bathroom and the main bedroom. The family bathroom has a corner shower cubicle, was hand basin and low level WC. There is also plumbing and space for a washing machine and a radiator. The main bedroom is located at the end of the hallway and again has a large window looking out to the sea and over to the Ness. There is ample room for bedroom furniture and the room has been recently carpeted and painted.
